Throughout the process, RTK’s Principals continue to track and analyze the current competitive market, identify hospitality and entertainment trends and then structure price points, create customer target profiles, determine timing of offers, and establish sales objectives that achieve owner/investor expectations.

The greatest concern of any potential consumer will involve how they can access their luxury real estate product, especially in light of the community development’s rules for condo-hotel participation, Private Residence Club access and fractional resort property usage. For each real estate product, RTK’s experts will design an owner usage program and reservation system that truly responds to the targeted market.
