The Riverwalk of
San Antonio is at the center of tourism to San Antonio with over
24 million visitors per year. Piazza San Lorenzo will be the new
epicenter of the western Riverwalk at Houston Street. The

Planned as a

Pricing for 28 luxury
La Residenza full ownership condominiums ranges from the low
$600,000’s to $2.3 million. One 3-story residence with its own

Antonio, it is priced at $7.15 million. Villa Verona is a
Private Residence Club within Piazza San Lorenzo, The Club is

John Kazanjian
serves as Project Director and in a continuing role as the
advisor to the developer on the luxury residences and Private
Residence Club.
Activities
include systems and procedures, policies, marketing and sales,
operations and administration. Mr. Kazanjian with Mr. Hanna
collaborated on the PRC project structure, configuration of the
residences, and assisted in the development of the legal
documents required for state registration. Mr. Kazanjian and
Hanna also developed the reservations system, and are overseeing
the development of an effective sales team and the creation and
implementation of the marketing

The release of
inventory for sales occurred in the fall of 2006 when hard money
contracts could be written. The product offerings have been very
well received by buyers and the community alike.
Sales of PRC
interests will be just shy of $117 million and sales of the full
ownership residence will total $41 million. Total real estate
sales revenues are forecast at $158 million. The pool of
potential buyers is so diverse and multicultural, that the
marketing campaigns require an ability to “turn on a dime” when
necessary in order to create the most interest in the shortest
period of time. It is thought that as much as 40% of the buyer
base could originate in Mexico, adding complexities not seen in
many projects.
