Wayne D. Marty, Lieutenant General (retired)

Wayne D. Marty is a Director and also serves as Chief Executive Officer, Modular Construction Systems International. General Marty brings to RTK Resort Group an illustrious track record in general management, where he provides strategic and logistics planning, marketing, and construction management expertise for RTK Development projects.

Throughout his career, General Marty has employed best business practices to accomplish business turnarounds within both private enterprise and military environments.

Wayne D. Marty serves as CEO for Modular Construction Systems International (MCSI), the agent designated to promote, pre-qualify and negotiate for licensing of Raba Design Group's modular construction system with fiscally and professionally responsible contractors. Since initial activity in 1968, the Raba modular construction system has been employed in the construction of hotels, hospitals, high-rise apartment towers, apartments, single family residences, clinics, dormitories, and jails internationally.

From 2002 to 2005, Lieutenant General Wayne Marty served as the Adjutant General for the State of Texas, where he was responsible for leading over 20,000 soldiers, airmen and civilians of the Texas Military Forces which included the Texas Army and Air National Guard, the State Guard, and the Adjutant General’s Department. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of key command and staff positions in both the active component and the Texas National Guard. As an active duty Lieutenant, General Marty served in Vietnam with the 192nd Assault Helicopter Company, the “Tiger Sharks”, as an armed helicopter platoon leader.

Prior to going to the Texas National Guard full time in 1993, Wayne Marty spent 23 years in the life insurance business holding positions as an agent, manager of an agency, regional manager and culminating with his own General Agency.

Wayne Marty earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio Texas. His civic affiliations include the National Guard associations of the United States and Texas, American Legion, Military Order of the World Wars, Association of the U.S. Army, Army Aviation Association and Armor Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Catholic War Veterans, and the Military Officers Association of America.
