Jack L. Schell, Director of Project Services

Jack L. Schell serves as Director of Project Services for RTK Resort Group.

Jack Schell brings 23 years of extensive sales and marketing management experience gained in the vacation ownership industry, having performed literally all job functions critical to the sales success of a timeshare project from front desk manager to OPC representative to sales agent and sales manager.

In his current role, Jack directs the fulfillment of special marketing and sales services for RTK Resort Group’s projects and developer clients. Jack has extensive knowledge of the high-end consumer and often takes sales line assignments to help management develop the sales processes, procedures and property tour sequence. Other activities have included assignments such as sales force evaluations, consumer focus groups, secret shopping of the marketing and sales procedures, and audio theme composition and production.

Jack Schell has held similar project services positions with The World’s Finest Resorts, an exclusive owner benefit and exchange program for high-end fractional resorts and Private Residence Club owners, and with the Star Resort Group, a pioneer resort fractional development, marketing and sales company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Schell held timeshare sales agent and sales management positions with Winners Circle Resorts International’s Gaslamp Plaza Suites and Carlsbad Inn in San Diego, with Lawrence Welk Resort Villas in Escondido California and Glen Ivy Resorts in San Diego. Other sales positions included beach, lake and ski properties. He also performed in a variety marketing positions with Harbortown Resort in Ventura California. Jack began his timeshare career as Front Desk/ Owner Services representative and OPC marketing agent for Schooner Landing in Newport Oregon in 1983.

Jack is an accomplished music composer with a number of CDs released on the market. His most notable one is with David Bowie’s lead guitarist, Earl Slick on Earl’s latest release Zig Zag. With a broad range of musical styles, Jack is often tapped to write musical themes for resort property videos and DVDs.
